A nine-year HubSpot CMS site became a Wix Studio platform that finally matches what Quantfolio actually sells.
Quantfolio is an end-to-end advisory platform for financial institutions — premium wealth managers through to large banks. Their hero copy now reads "Deliver compliant client-facing and digital advice." Their old HubSpot site read like an ambitious 2016 startup. The product had outgrown the marketing site by years.

Why migrate off HubSpot
HubSpot CMS had served them well for nearly a decade. The problem wasn't the platform — it was the lock-in cost ratio. The marketing team didn't use HubSpot Marketing Hub, the CMS Hub license was carrying a site that needed quarterly redesigns the team couldn't do themselves, and every page edit required a developer or a HubSpot module training session. Wix Studio offered the design fidelity they wanted, an editor the marketing team could actually drive, and a fraction of the carrying cost.
A full Wix Studio rebuild structured around the three product pillars — Advisor Flow, Investor Flow, and the API Investment Engine. New brand-aligned visual system designed to read as enterprise-credible to bank procurement teams. Resource library and blog rebuilt with content models so marketing can publish without engineering. Velo used sparingly for the conditional CTAs and the lead-form integrations. Every URL on the old HubSpot site mapped to its new home with 301s so a decade of SEO equity transferred cleanly.
Zero URLs lost in the migration. The marketing team has shipped seven new resource pages and two product updates without touching engineering since launch. HubSpot CMS licensing came off the books. Most importantly — the hero number on the live site, "more than €5B advised through our platform," now sits on a site that looks like it could plausibly advise €5B.
