This privacy policy explains how Prizor AITech India Limited (“Prizor AITech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of visitors to prizorai.com and clients engaging our services. We keep this short and concrete — only what’s necessary for an agency that respects your time and your data.
1. Who we are
Prizor AITech India Limited is a private limited company registered in India, operating an AI-powered web, mobile and custom-development studio since 2017. 2. What we collect
Only what you give us directly:
- Lead and project inquiry information. When you submit our contact form, schedule a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- Client engagement records. If we sign an engagement together, we hold business contact details, contractual information, project artifacts, and billing records for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Indian law thereafter.
- Aggregate usage analytics. Privacy-respecting first-party analytics (Plausible-style) on prizorai.com — page views, referrers, country-level location — never tied to a personal identifier. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party identity graphs.
- Technical request data. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, license, or share your data with marketing networks, data brokers, or partner ecosystems.
- We do not use behavioural profiling to score you, route you, or score your lead.
- We do not run hidden trackers, fingerprinting libraries, or session-recording tools that could capture your form inputs.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiry; deliver our services under a signed engagement; send transactional emails related to active projects; honour our legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023); and improve the website itself through aggregate analytics.
5. How we share information
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed to deliver our services:
- Service providers we use to operate the business — managed hosting, email delivery, CRM, accounting and bookkeeping, legal counsel. Each one is bound by a written agreement to use the data solely on our instructions.
- Regulators and law enforcement — when we are legally required to disclose information under Indian law or pursuant to a valid court order.
- Successor entities — in the unlikely event of a corporate reorganisation, merger, or sale of substantially all the assets of the business.
We do not sell personal data. Ever.
6. Where we store it
Primary data storage is in our hosted infrastructure (AWS Mumbai region by default; Azure or Google Cloud regions where a client engagement specifies otherwise). Backups are encrypted at rest and replicated to a second region for disaster recovery. Transport is TLS 1.3 throughout.
7. Your rights
Under Indian law and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email connect@prizorai.com with the subject line “Privacy request” — we respond within 30 days.
8. Data retention
Lead inquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted from active systems after 12 months. Active client records are held for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory retention period required by Indian tax and corporate law (currently 8 years). Backup archives may retain copies for slightly longer (up to 90 days after deletion) before they’re overwritten.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use existing data will be communicated to affected parties by email.
