Psygen manufactures the active pharmaceutical ingredients (LSD, MDMA, psilocybin) that clinical-trial biotech firms need for psychedelic-medicine research. Their customers aren't curious about psychedelics; they're biotech CMC leads negotiating contracts with regulators in the room. The website had to read as procurement-grade pharma, not as advocacy.

Defining the category
The category itself didn't exist as a recognised label. In Figma we designed the brand identity around the trademarked tagline "The Psychedelic CDMO™" — claiming both the category and the leadership position in one move. The visual language is restrained — facility photography, scientists in PPE, real lab interiors, no stock photography, no clichéd psychedelic visuals.
Custom WordPress build (Elementor Pro for the editorial layer) with three structured service pages — Process R&D, API Production, Tech Transfer — each documenting GMP compliance evidence at the level of detail a biotech CMC lead needs before requesting a quote. Investor-grade trust signals (17,000 sq-ft facility, 50 years of psychedelic-manufacturing experience, DEA registration) elevated to the homepage.
Three structured service pages live. The 17,000-sq-ft facility documentation surfaced where biotech CMC leads look for it first. The site finally reads as the regulatory-grade pharma manufacturer Psygen actually is.
