The brief, in three moves

What we built and why.

Problem

Where we started

Brand-strategy consultancy with an unusually consequential client mix — UPS, the Federal Reserve Board, US Department of Health & Human Services, US Administration for Children & Families, National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse. That client roster is the firm's strongest proof point. The old site treated it like incidental information. Their proprietary GLOCAL Framework™ was buried in a methodology PDF. The website didn't demonstrate the brand expertise the firm sells.

Approach

What we built

Figma-first design with a vibrant, inclusive, culturally-confident visual language — geometric patterns, diverse imagery, playful typography — that itself demonstrates the brand strategy Nueway sells to clients. GLOCAL Framework™ elevated to homepage as the visual centerpiece, presented as a navigable methodology rather than as buried IP. Government + corporate client logos (Federal Reserve Board, US HHS, UPS, KeenLogic, Federal agencies) surfaced as procurement-grade trust signals. Built on Webflow for design-fidelity and to give the strategy team editorial velocity.

A brand-strategy firm with the Federal Reserve in its client list finally has a site that says so.

The brief

Nueway's client list reads like a state-of-the-union — Federal Reserve Board, US HHS, US Administration for Children & Families, UPS, KeenLogic. Most brand-strategy firms would print that on a business card and call it a day. Nueway's old site treated it like a footnote. The website needed to demonstrate the brand expertise the firm actually sells, by being a brand-confident site itself.

The site is the proof of work

You can't sell brand strategy with a beige brand. In Figma, we designed a visual language that's vibrant, geometric, culturally inclusive — the kind of design that demonstrates point-of-view, not just competence. The site itself becomes the firm's most expensive case study.

GLOCAL Framework™ as homepage

The firm's proprietary GLOCAL Framework™ moved from buried methodology PDF to the homepage as a navigable, animated centerpiece. Each pillar of the framework gets its own visual treatment and links to a deeper exploration. A prospect lands on the homepage and sees, immediately, what makes Nueway different from any other consultancy.

The numbers

Five-plus federal-tier client logos surfaced to the homepage. The GLOCAL Framework live as an interactive IA element. Webflow editorial system handed off to the strategy team — they publish thought leadership without engineering involvement. The site finally matches the calibre of the client list.
